My mother and I stayed at the hotel in August, and she left her medical pillow on the bed. They entered my parents’ hotel room before they checked out and took the cake!!!! This is not my first horrible encounter with this hotel. And to make things worse, housekeeping threw the top layer of our WEDDING CAKE in the trash. She had to find a ride to the wedding, so my Maid of Honor was late! She called them to get an update because they did not call her with any updates. Valet LOST my twin sister’s SUV! LOST LOST a whole car. Where do I start? Loews is the WORSE!!!!! We got married in New Orleans.
